Job Title: Manager / Sr. Manager - Financial Operations

Location: India - Bengaluru

Reports to: Vice President - Financial Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Manager / Sr. Manager to oversee and manage our financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 10 FTEs and overseeing the attendance, payroll, and invoicing processes for approximately 4,000 outsourced staff across the UAE. This role requires a strong leader with extensive experience in financial operations, preferably within the staffing industry, and a proven track record in team management and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leadership & Management

a) Lead and manage a team of 10 FTEs, ensuring high performance and professional development

b) Provide strategic direction and oversee daily operations related to financial processes, including payroll, attendance tracking, and invoicing

- Financial Operations

a) Oversee and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of payroll processing for 4,000 outsourced employees

b) Manage the invoicing process, ensuring timely and accurate billing to clients

c) Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies

- Attendance & Payroll Management

a) Implement and maintain attendance systems to track and manage employee hours

b) Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time, resolving any discrepancies as they arise

- Client Management

a) Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding financial operations

b) Address and resolve any financial issues or concerns raised by clients

- Process Improvement

a) Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy

b) Implement best practices and drive process standardization across the financial operations team

- Technology & Systems

a) Utilize CRM, SAP, and other relevant systems to streamline financial operations

b) Provide insights and recommendations for technological enhancements to support financial processes

Qualifications:

a) Minimum10 - 15 years of experience in financial operations, with at least 10 years in a team management and leadership role

b) Extensive experience in the staffing industry is highly preferred

c) Proven track record of managing large-scale payroll and invoicing operations

d) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams

e) Strong knowledge of CRM and SAP systems is a significant advantage

f) Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus

Skills:

a) Strong leadership and team management skills

b) Stake holder management skills

c) Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

d) High proficiency in financial software and tools, including CRM and SAP

e) Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

f) Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Additional Information:

a) This role may require travel within the UAE

b) Flexibility in working hours may be required to meet operational demands
