Job Details :

- Monitor premium accounting and related suspense account reconciliation

- Monthly/Quarterly/Anual reporting to regulator

- Monthly report to senior management on business performance

- Expense analysis and reporting to each function

- Coordination with financial control and planning team to align reporting parameters for effective monitoring of plan numbers

- Preparation of Financial Satements, Cash Flow statement and related financial information under local GAAP

- Preparation of Financial Satements, Cash Flow statement and related financial information under IND AS

- Getting the Financial Statements audited by Internal and External Auditors.

- Preparation of profit/loss statements under AIFRS

- Monitoring of Accounts reconciliations of assets and liabilities.

- Reporting of exceptional items to management.

Key Skill :

- Compliance with IRDA regulation and circulars

- Performance analysis based on actual vs plan results

- Analyse trend and update senior management on the business performance

- Provide a monthly update to all support functions on expense analysis

- Identify areas of cost control

- Analysis of profitability drivers for the company, channel s and business segments (product segment)
