Manager/Senior Manager - Financial Accounting Group - Bank - CA

Job Purpose :

- Basel capital adequacy computation /Pillar 3 disclosure requirements

- Up-to date knowledge on Basel III capital computation norms. Computation of capital adequacy, review/analysis and periodic reporting of RCA III (Return on Capital Adequacy to RBI).

- Related party reporting : Knowledge guidelines for related party transactions under AS 18, Companies Act 2013, SEBI, RBI and Ind AS regulations.

- Validation of financial information and timely reporting of prescribed returns to Regulators (RBI etc) and related adhoc reporting . Knowledge of DSB reporting is preferred.

- Automation of Reporting (ADF-RBI project, Related party transactions and Basel enhancements):

- The incumbent will be responsible for liaising for the development of system based reporting. Providing logic, Co-ordination with BSG/Vendors, co-ordination with various Ops for relevant section & validation of system reports (UAT).

Job Responsibilities:

- Related party transactions (RPT) reporting As per SEBI, Companies Act, RBI (AS -18 & Ind AS)

- Preparation of RPT pricing policy,Omnibus approval requirements and Quarterly update of transactions.

- Prepare AS-18 disclosure, Ind AS & SEBI requirements.

- Preparation of Financial Conglomerate and Group wide oversight policy return.

- Key prudential returns to RBI & Risk Based Supervision inputs (to IRBS) . Automation of reporting as per RBI ADF project.

- Submission of key prudential returns to RBI (on XBRL platform) on a quarterly, monthly and annual basis returns to RBI.

- Analysis of return/ data before RBI submission from accuracy and reporting consistency.

- Arranging logic for automation, validation of UAT reports and arranging sign-off.

Other requirements:

- Knowledge of Basel and Pillar 3 regulations.

- Quarterly Audit

- Annual RBI inspection

Educational Qualifications:

- CA with specialization in Accounting Standards and RBI guidelines would be preferred

Key Skills:

- Related RBI regulations and Interpretation of guidelines

- Well versed with MS Office (Excel etc)

- Sound communication skill
