Manager/Senior Manager - Finance - Valuation & Advisory Firm

Job Responsibilities:

- Direct buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements

- Utilize data & analytics to develop operational insights to analyze profitability drivers and evaluate risks and opportunities of a company.

- Prepare and review transaction advisory reports specific to key issues like normalized earnings, achievability of management's budget, operational insights, and post-transaction working capital analysis and indebtedness considerations

- Maintain sector expertise and qualifications

- Manage projects including scope, effort estimate, work planning, and staffing, quality review, progress review

- Review and manage the team member's (Associates and Analysts) and coach them on engagements

- Manage team of 3-5 members, including goals and KPIs, development roadmap, training and coaching, and performance assessment

- Establish strong professional relationships with clients and colleagues

- Lending support/assistance for proposals and business development

Job Requirements:

- Qualifications: CA / CPA/ MBA / CFA / Master / PGDM in Finance or Accounting

- The candidate must have 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in Financial Due Diligence

- Experience in Deal advisory with a strong aptitude to learn continuously from experience and to seek out development opportunities

- Should have worked as an independent contributor and also have experience in leading team on projects

- Able to adapt to a various engagement type, working hours and work environments and locations

- Demonstrate strong project and team leadership, with ability to manage difficult situations, guide and mentor team members

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills /interpersonal skills.

- Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic and ability to work cooperatively with team members and client professionals

- Experiences with data analytics technologies such as Tableau, Alteryx, and Dataiku will be an added advantage
