Designation: Manager/Senior Manager Finance.

Industry: Startup/Venture Capital/ Investment Banking.

Minimum Experience: 2-6 years.

Qualification: CA / CFA (L2 and above).

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Salary: 10-14 Lpa.

About The Job:

- The ideal candidate should have experience in the relevant areas of corporate finance.

- A manager with the Corporate Finance Advisory team would ensure to be someone who will be curating deals for the Company for the purpose of providing corporate finance advisory services and act as a SPOC for the relevant deals, thereby managing on end-to-end basis.

- Organization is looking for enthusiastic person who can lead assignments of conducting valuations of startup, financial and commercial due diligence and preparation of financial models by working closely with the senior management and founders, and are looking to disrupt in our 'never-like-before' evolving world.

Minimum Requirement:

- Functional skills (Proficient in MS Office and Accounting software).

- Proficient in verbal and written communication (English).

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

- Adaptable and eager to learn.

- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance.

- Client & Project Management.

- Demonstrate ability to critically analyze information received and handle client interaction at backend.

- Lead business development for corporate finance services, such as M&A, valuations, financial projections, and due diligence, among others.

- Lead in evaluation and onboarding startups, investors, venture partners and investor networks.

- Undergoing industry analysis and competitive analysis of the startups onboarded.

- Conducting preliminary due diligence on the target startups from finance, operations and commercial perspective & prepare a due-diligence report.

- Preparation of financial models, validating valuation assumptions, and financial analysis of the target startups.

- Preparation of valuation exercise, preparation of valuation reports along with necessary documents including but not limited to MR letter, NDA, etc.

- Acting as the SPOC for the founders of the startups curated by you and take full responsibility of the deliverables forming part of the relevant deal.

- Preparation of all the necessary risk documents including but not limited to engagement letter, NDA, addendum, etc.

- Carrying on business development by finding relevant startup deals through our internal and network, external network, attending events, working closely with fellow VC network, etc.

- Assistance in organizing periodic events for the founders, investors and other stakeholders in target cities.

- Evaluating potential startup deals, onboarding them and liasoning with various stakeholders associated with the project to maintain good relation with them.

- Acting as the SPOC for the relevant set of investor connections made during the business development process.

- Understanding various risk areas pertaining to the clients allocated at the start of the various engagements and ensure that all the risk documents or emails are in place.

- Any other client related tasks as the case maybe required.

Business Research:

- Tracking of relevant sectors and key participants in the industry.

- Compile and analyse reliable statistical data and analyse it using modern and traditional methods.

- Perform valid and reliable market research lie SWOT, GAP analysis.

- Provide competitive analysis on various company's market offerings, identifying market trends, understanding business model and their key strategy and operations.

- Preparing an Industry research report on various topics with respect to the relevant industries.

- Preparing an advisory note or a presentation on various topics with respect to the relevant industries.

- As and when required, assisting the manager in interviewing various individuals for the purpose of the industry research.

- Assistance in preparation of industry reports, news article, research papers, etc as the case. maybe required for the deal management team at large.

- Regular research based on the ongoing as well as emerging projects of the company to design an effective roadmap and decide the way forward.

- Understanding various business models for relevant sectors and the recent trends prevailing in the market as a part of competitive analysis.

- Any other research related tasks as the case maybe required.
