Manager/Senior Manager - Finance - Manufacturing Firm - CA/CMA

Reporting To the Business Finance Head

Requirements:

- Qualification: CA, CMA

- Experience: 8-15 years of experience with min 3-5 years in a similar position/role

- Should be from the manufacturing industry - preferably from the chemicals/Textile industry

- Experience of leadership and team management preferably from MNC and listed company

Experience as:

- Expertise in finance business partner

- FP&A role ( FINANCIAL PLANNING AND ANALYSIS)

- Cash flow and working capital management

- Capex, financial evaluation of projects

- Mergers and acquisitions, Financial due diligence

- Cost and management accounting, cost reduction, control, efficiency

- Understanding and analysis of manufacturing operations

- Pricing , distribution channel analysis

- Import, export transactions, FEMA regulations and compliance

- Internal audit

- Ind AS, Taxation - mainly indirect tax, GST

- Proficient user of MS office - Excel, PowerPoint

- Good hands on experience on ERP - preferably Oracle or SAP

- MIS tools - preferably Tableau
