Responsibilities:

1.- Evaluate Potential Mergers and Acquisitions:

- Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence on potential M&A opportunities.

- Assess the financial viability and strategic fit of target companies.

- Prepare detailed financial models and valuation analyses.

2.- Deal Structuring and Negotiation:

- Develop deal structures and financing strategies for M&A transactions.

- Collaborate with legal and business development teams to negotiate terms and agreements.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.

3.- Integration Management:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate the integration of acquired companies.

- Develop integration plans and timelines to achieve synergy targets.

- Monitor post-merger performance and address any integration challenges.

4. Tax and Legal Compliance:

- Provide guidance on tax implications and considerations for M&A transactions.

- Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax laws and regulations.

- Advise on Company law matters related to M&A activities.

5. Business Development:

- Identify potential engineering projects available for sale in the mid-cap segment within Maharashtra.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify acquisition targets.

- Build relationships with stakeholders and participate in business development activities.

Requirements:

1. Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA (Finance) qualification is mandatory.

2. 10-12 years of relevant experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, or corporate development.

3. Strong financial analysis and modelling skills.

4. Excellent knowledge of direct and indirect taxes and Company law.

5. Proven ability to manage complex M&A transactions from inception to integration.

6. Effective communication and negotiation skills.

7.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

8. Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.

9. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling softw
