About The Company: ARA's client is a leading KPO company which works in the domain of investment research, market research and data analytics. They are headquartered in Pune India with operations in US, UK & Europe. They work with around 70+ clients from different industries from across the world many of which are Fortune 500 companies.

The Role:

The Manager Finance will report to VP Finance / CFO directly and will play a pivotal role in Controlling, AR, AP, Periodical Book Closing, Consolidation, Reporting, Audit co-ordination, Treasury and Compliances.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintaining books of accounts (Parent company & Subsidiaries)

- Manage the process for financial book-closure, both monthly and annual, consolidation and reporting

- Proficient in Ind AS, with understanding of US GAAP and ability to interpret, assimilate and apply the concepts to underlying transactions

- Co-ordinating audits and reviews successfully, including Statutory, Tax, Internal and other audits

- Managing and controlling AP and AR as per TAT

- Direct and Indirect Tax compliances - Corporate Tax, TDS, GST etc, including payments, filing of accurate and timely returns.

- Banking and Treasury management including optimum utilization of funds, banking, hedging, compliances

- Design and implement internal risk control processes and framework in line with ICFR for and ensure a risk monitoring mechanism.

- Ensure highest form of credibility and integrity in the finance performance and reporting.

- Establish strong inter-personal relationship with internal and external stakeholders ensuring best delivery from the Finance function.

- Manage and mentor the team to meet delivery expectations.

Skills Required:

- Excellent understand of Book-keeping and Accounting statdards

- Excellent knowledge of working of ERPs with knowledge of Tally ERP mandatory

- Excellent in MS Office tools especially advanced excel

- Knowledge of reporting and BI tools like PowerBi etc is a plus

- Experience in handling a team of atleast 3 to 4 people

- Good communication skills and negotiator

Qualifications & Experience:

- Qualified CA with 7+ years of post qualification experience in all aspects of finance and accounts.
