Job Purpose:

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager/Senior Manager in Finance & Accounting (F&A) to lead our budgeting processes and drive financial strategy.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with a focus on developing and managing budgets.

- This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Budget Development & Management:

- Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

- Collaborate with department heads to gather inputs and create comprehensive budgets.

- Monitor budget performance, identify variances, and provide regular updates to senior management.

Financial Analysis:

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making processes.

- Prepare forecasts and financial models to evaluate potential business opportunities.

- Analyze trends and variances in financial data, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Reporting:

- Prepare and present regular financial reports, including variance analyses and key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.

- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
