Manager/Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts/Trade Finance

The Role:

Manager/Senior Manager-F&A. The person must have relevant work exposure into any Export oriented manufacturing company

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintaining Relationships with Multiple Banks - fund raising and settlements - Both domestic and foreign banks

- For multiple currency transactions (Dollar and Euros)

- Availing and settlement of WC & Term facilities in INR and FC. (including PCFC/EPC/FBD/FCTL/ECB)

- Ensuing all the Bank compliances including MIS/QIS/DP/CMA/Settlements/Renewal data/Audit including due diligence

- Dealing with Treasury for forex buying and selling and other forward settlement and documentation

Any other related activity:

- Preparation of Cashflows present and projections

- Managing Payments (Domestic and Overseas)

- Settlement of Receipts (Domestic and Overseas)

- Complete Finance and banking accounting in SAP and generation of required reports and MIS with audit

Skills Required:

- Good communication both written and verbal.

- High on interpersonal skills

- Proactive

- High Proficiency in SAP and Excel

Qualifications and Experience:

- Must have good exposure of handling multiple currency (Dollar & Euro) and multiple banks transaction volume would be more than INR 500 cr annually.

- 12-17 years of experience

- MBA Finance
