Role: Manager/Sr. Manager - Finance & Accounts

Job Location: Stationed at Kirti Nagar Delhi however, ready to visit Rajahmundry or other stations as per requirement for 10-15 days in a month

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Accountable for the implementation of the standard accounting & reporting process in compliance with IGAAP

- Accountable for implementing procedures for accounting, tax, banking, management information system

- Accountable for all the statutory compliances for all legal entities

- Responsible for ensuring compliance to direct tax and indirect tax and ensure proper procedures in place

- Built up proper performance management system to monitor and drive performance of business and suggest measures/partner to identify opportunities for improving financial performance

- Supports business manager in pricing decisions for long term contracts and other complex transactions, built an effective cost control mechanisms, improvement projects, benchmarking, commercial decisions etc.

- Support decision making by use of various reporting viz monthly profitability, monthly overheads analysis, product costing etc.

- Built an effective procedure in place for controlling and monitoring of key elements of costs etc.

- Responsible for setting up and monitoring internal controls within the organization for purchase to pay, order to cash, banking & treasury, asset management , financial accounting and reporting process

- Accountable for the monthly closing procedures and finalization of yearly accounts

- Accountable for successful audits under IGAAP and other internal audits for all the legal entities

- Execute investment calculations and support decision making for new projects/capex

- Partner/participate in business modeling for new projects and other complex business transactions and suggest/implement actions to achieve the desired objectives

- Funds Management: effectively managing cash flows and reporting in respect of the same. This includes raising funds through various sources like CC Limits, pre shipment and post shipment credits, factoring etc. This involves interaction, dealing and negotiation the terms etc. with various banks

- Keep close monitoring and responsible for timely reporting of cash flow to gain maximum cash productivity (ensure maximum positive cash flow) and at same optimal use of funds with no surprises

- Manage relationships with various banks and ensure that we get best services at optimum costs from them. Also, keep a close eye on the strengths and weaknesses of various banks in different product offerings and fully utilize the opportunities available

- Lead the finance team in order to achieve a highly motivated , trained, empowered, competent and committed team

Must have :

- Chartered Accountant with 10-15 Years of working experience in a manufacturing company with expertise in financial accounting, product costing and MIS

- Good communication skills and and team management skills

- Positive attitude and high drive on results
