Qualification

- Chartered Accountancy (CA)

- Masters Degree in Finance or Accounts

Required Experience Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounts

Required Knowledge

- Hands on experience in INFOR SUN SYSTEMS is a must

- Knowledge of IND-AS is a must

- Expertise in MS office

- Excellent knowledge of Indirect taxation (GST) and Income taxes;

- Experience of working in BFSI sector is added advantage

Primary Functions & Responsibilities

1. Oversees all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements

2. Develops and manages annual and multi-year budgets that are adequate for the organizations needs including preparation of periodic budget forecasts.

3. Consistently analyzes financial data and presents financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; monitoring progress, changing and keeping senior leadership as well as the clients abreast of the financial status.

4. Assists in statutory audit, tax audit, and internal audit.

5. Assists in preparing and reviewing GST return & refund compliances, tax assessments, income tax filings - returns & forms, etc. XBRL - preparation and filings.

6. Monthly review of SAP entries - verifies the entries parked and posted by separate individuals.

7. Maintains compliance trackers.

8. Manages fixed asset recording, depreciation entries and verification of assets for all the sites.

9. Handles various tax and statutory compliance with respect to STPI, SOFTEX, RBI, FEMA etc.

10. Ensures timely compliance of all the regulatory requirements including GST, TDS, Income taxes, RBI reporting etc.

11. Responds to inquiries from staff regarding budgets, deposits, and disbursement.

12. Maintains internal control and safeguards for receipt of revenue, costs, and programmed budgets and actual expenditures.

13. Assists leadership in the annual budgeting and planning process; administering and reviewing all financial plans as per timelines and comparing to actual results with a view to identifying, explaining and correcting variances as appropriate.

14. Manages organizational cash flow forecasting by working in partnership with the Programme Heads; collaborating with Programme Heads to assess the financial efficacy of programme operations and establishes finance and administrative systems to support programme operations.

15. Manages and tracks the performance of invested assets, in alignment with the policies and investment guidelines

16. Leverages strengths of the finance and accounts team members; providing clarity on the roles and responsibilities; developing and implementing training programmes to maximize and helps them reach optimal individual and organizational goals.

17. Provides leadership in strengthening internal communications with staff at all levels throughout the organization; creating and promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
