Job Title: Manager/Sr Manager - Finance & Accounts
Qualification: CA/ MBA (Finance)
Experience: 3-5 years
1 Vendor and utility bill payments
2 Monthly closing of books of accounts - provision, prepaid, etc.
3 Able to handle Bank transfer - NEFT / RTGS
4 Day to day accounting for payment and receipts
5 Accounting of investments - MF/CP/CD/NCD/Bond
6 Knowledge of TDS, GST, Income tax
7 Statutory return - TDS, GST, Income Tax
8 Good System Knowledge - Tally/ ERP
9 Knowledge of NBFC RBI compliance & returns
10 Well versed with IND-AS and GST implementation in the organization.
11 Preparation of financial statements as per applicable GAAP for auditors (PWC) review and liaison with them.
12 Ensuring compliance for Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC) with RBI and filing periodical returns.
13 Preparation of MIS reports, budgets, forecasting and other monthly reports for domestic and foreign management.
14 Part of financial decision support system, to help management to make business decisions in consultation with Risk, Compliance and Business department.
15 Ensuring compliance of TDS, Service Tax, Stamp Duty and other exchange related charges and compliances.
16 Guiding staff on day to day basis for accounting, ensuring their conceptual soundness.
17 Preparation of Income Tax Returns, ensuring completion of tax and transfer pricing audits
