Manager/Senior Manager - Field Service
- Effectively manage the customer queries and ensure speedy and timely resolution.
- Drive the dealer towards customer satisfaction to meet the CSI Index.
- Establish and monitor timely vehicle services and delivery to customer.
- Monitor and ensure the speedy support for any enroute break down calls
- Provide Dealer support for any Trouble shooting of Bus Complaints
- Continuously monitor technical issues for quick resolution in coordination with HO Tech Team
- Monitor and ensure better parts availability at the dealerships.
- Dealer team skill mapping and plan and ensure the required training to the dealer team.
- Ensure and monitor the dealer claims for Quality and Timely submission.
- Drive the Dealer team for enhancing the service market share
- Timely submission of reports to the management.
- Drive the Dealer for parts sales improvement.
