Manager/Sr Manager-ESG
BRINGING IT TO THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Environment, Social and Governance candidate to join our dynamic team. As our ESG agenda strategic partner and coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving our ESG strategy in close collaboration with our franchise partners. Position will report into Head of Corporate Affairs, Gurugram location.
You will be responsible for:
- Coordination and implementation of comprehensive ESG strategies, policies, and initiatives in alignment with alignment with our franchise partners catering to mission and values.
- Leading discussions for integrating ESG considerations into sourcing, operations, and community engagement efforts, tailored to the Indian market.
- Implement effective systems for ongoing measurement, reporting, and evaluation of ESG metrics.
- Conduction of ESG meetings with relevant stakeholders with in and our franchise partners.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on ESG performance metrics and KPIs specific to the Indian QSR industry, providing insights and recommendations to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare high-quality ESG reports, disclosures, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.
- Collaborate with SCM team for implementation of innovative eco-friendly packaging solutions and waste reduction programs in India, aligning with environmental goals.
- Collaborate closely with different teams to effectively communicate ESG efforts to Indian customers, enhancing brand reputation and customer loyalty.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track the company's ESG performance and report to the relevant committees in and timely execution of the ESG deliverables as per targets.
- Support Head of Corporate affairs in Government meetings,Crisis management,CSR initiatives.
- Partner with Head of Corporate Affairs in Peace time engagement meetings.
We are looking for:
- Basic degree in Scientific domain.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in ESG management, with a focus on the QSR or related industries.
- In-depth knowledge of ESG frameworks, standards, and reporting requirements.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with sustainability trends and innovations within the QSR industry.
- Should have basic knowledge of Scope 1,2 and 3 GHG emissions.
- Should be aware of CFP basic calculations.
- Should be a strong team player and motivator.
- Should have strong inclination towards Corporate Affairs learning and execution.
