Role:
To ensure and implement the compliance of Environment, Health & Safety management as intended by Top Management.
Responsibility:
1. To ensure necessary EHS training including HIRA to new joinee as well as existing force.
2. Releasing nominated person all EHS related program internally / externally.
3. Build - EHS- culture in an organization.
4. Identify scope of improvement in the EHS management system and ensure execution.
5. Participate in investigation incident (Safety as well as the environment) or a near miss.
6. Responsible to drive awareness of EMS & concept of life cycle system through various training program.
7. Provide constructive feedback and input towards EHS requirement.
8. Ensure EHS audit as per the schedule and participate in the same.
9. Release team members to EHS attend audit process.
Qualification:
Graduate Engineer or Polymer Technologist or Post graduate in Packaging technology.
