BNC is hiring for MNC for Enterprise Sales role for Noida and Gurgaon location
1. Under direction of Sales Head; responsible for implementing an aggressive sales plan and ensuring sales quotas are met and exceeded while surpassing client service expectations. Seek and win profitable business contracts Country wide for Food Services business for large manufacturing accounts
2. Ensure that budgeted/targeted revenues and GOPs are achieved
3. Provide written reports on sales progress and other statistical analyses on a calendar month basis.
4. Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
5 Work with the Sales Head and Regional Sales Team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
6. Develop and maintain professional relationships with new manufacturing clients for future referral
7. Follow up with clients, arrange site visits, meetings and take other action as is necessary to secure the sale within a reasonable timeframe
8. Prepare Letter Of Intent, Proposals and Tenders in accordance with client and company requirements
9. Prepare necessary "opening advice" forms and ensure a signed legal contract is obtained from the client prior to opening the site, at the earliest
10. Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
11. Adherence to Sales Cycle
12. Positive Customer Feedback on mobilization and client retention
Desired Candidate Profile
1. B.Tech, MBA with 7-12 years of relevant B2B experience in Manufacturing /Food service set up
2. Sales Cycle knowledge is a must
3. Strong Client Management experience
4. Essential industry experience- Manufacturing, Food, QSR, Food & Beverages
