Manager/Senior Manager - Enterprise Architecture - IT

Position Overview: We are looking for an accomplished Manager / Senior Manager with 8 - 15 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various architecture domains, including Business, Application, Security, Microservices, Service-Oriented Architecture (SoA), API, and Technology Architecture. This role requires expertise in leveraging Enterprise Architecture tools such as Popkin, Meta, and Troux, along with familiarity with industry frameworks like TOGAF and DODAF (desirable but not essential).

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and implementation of enterprise-wide architecture strategies and solutions that align with business objectives and drive organizational success.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into architectural designs and roadmaps.

- Help solve key business problems and challenges by enabling an architecture transformation, painting a picture of, and charting a journey from the current state to a "to-be" enterprise environment.

- Provide guidance and oversight to architecture teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization within the organization.

- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners, to foster collaboration and drive consensus on architectural decisions.

- Drive continuous improvement of architecture processes, standards, and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

- 8-15+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex architectural solutions.

- Strong working knowledge of one or more architecture domains, including Business, Application, Security, Microservices, SoA, API, and Technology Architecture.

- Hands-on experience with Enterprise Architecture tools such as Popkin, Meta, and Troux.

- Familiarity with industry frameworks such as TOGAF and DODAF (desirable but not essential).

- Consulting experience, preferably from a reputable firm (e.g., BIG4), is highly desirable.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior staff members.
