Reporting to : CHRO
No. of Reports : Assistant Manager - HR Employee Management, Senior Executive - HR, Management Trainee and Senior Executive - Admin.
Purpose of the Job/Position :
- As the companies are growing in speed and numbers, managing an employee force so regionally and culturally diverse demands a senior HR Talent to manage multiple situations under any circumstances.
- Employee Relations is not only about dealing with problems when they occur, it also involves managing employee relationships and building Trust to achieve a better dynamic across the organization.
Employee Relations can help to achieve a better performance from the workforce through :
- Building Policies and robust systems to imbibe Transparency and Trust
- Involvement consultation and gaining buy-in on important business decisions
- Commitment understanding and committing to the objectives of the business as a whole
- Engagement in a combination of both, also known as organizational citizenship.
Role :
- Ensure that the talent acquired in the Group of companies is the best in class in their respective domains.
- Ensure that there is no lag or delay in recruitment
- Ensure that Recruitment follows the correct process and that there is no compromise on Quality and that correct systems have been used in Recruitment
- Will uphold and ensure adherence of HR Systems and procedure and not compromise on standards or quality of Talent, what so ever.
- Will continuously evolve a recruitment process for attracting the best Talent.
Responsibility :
- For overall cordial relationship within the Organization, with excellent feel and knowledge of the pulse within the companies
- Create practical and best in class policies from HR cultural perspective for all the group companies.
- Ensure that there is a lean culture that values and manages aggressive people, is transparent to a fault and is able to scale at speed.
- Remove all unnecessary policies but ensure 100% compliance with the ones that remain.
- Responsible for the changes to workforce planning
- Responsible for creating valid modifications/updates to the Employment Contract and Terms & Conditions individually company wise.
- Ensure update and maintenance of Statutory Compliance month on month, year on year.
- Manage effectively and deal with conflict and grievance resolution and discrimination of any kind what so ever.
- Responsible for the overall Safety, Security and Employee well being across companies.
- Ensure constitution of a Sexual Harassment Committee and non discrimination within the organization
- Responsible for Payroll and Salary review

Qualification : MBA - HRD/PGDPM/PGDHRD
- BE/B.Tech ( Computer Science /IT) with or without Post Graduate in HR from a good school after a ( at least 4 years in Software Development) and with minimum 5 years of HR Employee Relations experience preferred
- Experience of Implementation of HRMS - SAP/Oracle
- Experience of working in a technology firm, especially one that scaled rapidly will be an added advantage
