Manager/Senior Manager/Director - Tax Compliance - CA

Responsibilities:

- Setting up Processes, Delivery Excellence .

- Lead a team of 50+ professionals delivering direct tax compliances through technology-enabled platforms

- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients

- Manage a team of tax professionals, providing leadership and direction to ensure they are meeting objectives and delivering high-quality work

- Drive standardization and build a cost-efficient delivery organization for digital tax solutions

- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide strategic guidance to the company

Requirements:

- At least 15 years of experience in the tax industry

- Professional qualification CA

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Experience working in the finance function or as part of a tax/finance CoE

- Ability to drive standardization and build a cost-efficient delivery organization

- Technology-savvy with experience in digital tax solutions

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
