Hiring for a Leading Big4 Consulting Firm in Mumbai/Delhi

- CA or MBA/PGDM from a premier institute with a good academics with consulting or industry background (business excellence or functional role) preferred. 6-13 years of relevant experience major Finance Transformation projects.

- Expertise in Tax process improvement, F&A

- Must have In-depth knowledge in GICs/SSC, Finance operations & Tax processes (could be differentiating expertise)

- One functional area (F&A, HR, IT, SCM, etc.) or process (P2P, O2C, etc.)

- Client service delivery/execution

- Performance improvement

- Project Management

- Shared services set up

Candidate should posses :

- Business development Skills

- Relationship management skills with senior client personnel

- Ability to develop and customize solutions

- Experience and functional knowledge on technologies like RPA, AI and MI

- Willingness to adapt to different industries

- Ability to plan work-delivery for the delivery team

- Willingness to travel across India.
