1. Consult for the Digital organization and also help identify patterns, models, conventions for implementation

2. Design and deliver highly relevant experiences using data and analytics for consumers in real time thereby helping companies connect better with their customers in an omni channel world

3. Provide technology leadership across a range digital technologies including marketing, analytics, mobile and web solutions, portals, enterprise content management, social, etc.

4. Offer our clients end to end solutions and services in Customer Experience Management, Customer Data Management and Analytics, Content Services, Digital Analytics, eCommerce, Marketing and Media

5. Be upto date with on latest technologies, standards, methodologies and tools relevant to the digital ecosystem

6. Present potential technical solutions to the business stakeholders on the technical and business value of the proposition

7. Extreme knowledge of Digital domain and Customer Engagement models, methodologies and frameworks

8. Creative, Analytical and innovative thinking ability

9. Demonstrated and proven experience with working on cross -platform, omni -channel, multi -tier applications including SMAC stack and other interfaces

10. Experience in collaborating with business and technology partners and forming strategic partnerships

11. Strong contact networks within the Retail and CPG consulting industry
