Manager - Sr Manager Direct Taxation for reputed Telecom Company

Location- one position at Mumbai and one position at Delhi

Qualification CA passed out in 2007- 2010

Experience 5 Year + Post CA Qualification Must.

Key deliverables for the position are as under :

- Calculating advance tax, Computing taxable income & tax liability, directing to pay Advance tax and filling of returns of group companies

- Drafting the Submission and replies to various notices relating to Income Tax assessment(including TDS and TP Assessment),

- Appeals and Penalty proceeding issued by Income Tax Authority

- Preparation and filing the application and procurement of lower withholding tax order

- Appearance before Tax authority for Pending refunds of group companies.

- Ensuring advise on various business transactions/models

- Ensuring compliances on various certifications like Tax Audit, MAT,DTP,80IA etc. & timely filing of all Direct tax returns including COI.

- Coordination with Consultant on finalization of Transfer Pricing Study Report and Tax Audit Report and Sec 80IA Certification.

- Liaison with Statutory and Tax Auditors, Consultants and Senior Counsels on various Direct Tax matters.

- Reporting monthly MIS and litigation
