Manager/Senior Manager - Digital Transformation - Automobile Industry

Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the role of digital transformation for their retail business. As the Digital Transformation Lead, the incumbent will play a pivotal role in driving impactful digital projects aimed at enhancing customer experience, transforming sales processes, and fostering business growth. Their core responsibility will be to own and accelerate the delivery of these projects, ensuring they align with the organization's strategic objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Ownership: Take ownership of digital transformation projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.

2. Change Management: Lead change initiatives within the organization to ensure smooth adoption of digital solutions and processes.

3. Problem Solving: Proactively identify challenges and obstacles in digital transformation initiatives and develop effective solutions to address them.

4. Domain Expertise: Provide thought leadership and domain knowledge in retail business operations, leveraging your expertise to drive innovation and excellence.

5. Cross-Function Collaboration: Work closely with IT, business teams, and other stakeholders to foster collaboration and alignment in achieving digital transformation goals.

6. Product Skills: Possess a strong understanding of digital products and technologies, with the ability to evaluate and recommend the best solutions for our business needs.

7. Organized & Analytical: Maintain a high level of organization and analytical rigor in project management and decision-making processes.

8. Process Orientation: Ensure adherence to established processes and methodologies in digital project management and execution.

Qualifications:

- Graduate or MBA with minimum 10 years of experience in roles related to digital transformation or product management.

- At least 5 years of experience in a major role driving digital transformation initiatives in organizations known for digital excellence.

- Experience in the automobile industry and expert knowledge in sales operations are highly desirable.
