Location :GURGAON

Position : Mgr/ Sr Mgr ( Digital Strategy )

Experience : 2- 6 years of Relevant experience in digital stategy

Qualification : Graduate ( Qualification in Digital is advisable)

Key Requirements for the Role :

We are looking for a key individual, who :

- Can set the communication strategy for campaigns

- Can establish the goals and objectives, target audience, message and tone in which the campaign should be delivered.

- Has to have an appetite for learning quick and across all the streams of Digital, ie. Tech, Planning, Advertising and Execution.

- Has knack for numbers and analytics

- Defines how a particular strategy can help a client add value to their business

- Strong English & people skills

- Excellent research and analytical thinking skills

- Creative and able to think around problems

- Good understanding of brand and consumer behavior.

- Experience working with FMCG clients will be a plus

- Ability to prioritize and manage changing requirements and short timelines, as well as multiple overlapping projects simultaneously

- And of course has good communications skills and people skills as well

The Job Responsibilities would include :

- Plan engagement and lead driven Digital strategies with workflows and guidelines

- Work alongside with the sales team to pitch prospect clients and convert them into businesses

- Develop digital creative strategy for existing clients

- Analyzing existing data, market reports and stay abreast of recent digital trends

- Running qualitative research groups; using a variety of market research data to monitor cultural and social trends and their impact on consumers- attitudes, behaviors and perceptions.

- Providing the creative team with a clearly defined brief that contains concise information on the product, audience and strategy so that they can develop creative ideas applicable to the media channels that will promote the idea most effectively.
