We have opening for Manager / Senior Manager Digital Product Manager (Lead Management and Tele) with Leading Insurance Company.

Experience - 3+ Years

Location - Mumbai

Education - BE/B.Tech

BFSI Experience is must.

Job Role -

1. Product Strategy and Vision:

- Describe the LMS solution's product vision, strategy, and roadmap. To find chances for product innovation and enhancement, do competition analysis and market research.

- Work together with internal stakeholders to match business objectives with product objectives.

2. Product Development and Management:

- Take charge of the full product lifecycle, from conception to introduction and continuous improvement.

- Assist the development and quality assurance teams closely to guarantee prompt and excellent product delivery.

- Sort product features, improvements, and bug fixes according to importance to the business, market demand, and customer feedback.

3. Stakeholder Engagement:

- Update senior management, sales, marketing, and customer support teams on product plans, developments, and outcomes.

- To assist in making decisions about new products, compile and combine input from internal teams and customers.

4. User Experience and Customer Focus:

- Make sure the LMS products fulfil the needs of the customer and offer a remarkable user experience.

- To make constant improvements to the product, test it with users and collect their feedback.

5. Technical Expertise and Dealer Integration:

- Retain a deep comprehension of LMS features and recommended procedures.

- Possess a fundamental understanding of dialer systems and how LMS platforms interact with them.

- Assist technical teams in ensuring that diallers and LMS products integrate seamlessly.

6. Analysing and Monitoring Performance:

- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the success of your product and pinpoint areas in need of improvement.

7. Compliance and Risk Management:

- Verify that the LMS complies with the rules, guidelines, and best practices of the organisation.

- Determine and reduce the risks connected to the creation and implementation of new products.
