Digital Analytics team is seeking a Manager / Senior Manager for its Digital Analytics practice. He/she will work on all the digital channels of organization - Web, Mobile & others and work as a member of a cross-functional team that supports various digital analytics initiatives to contribute in the organisation's Digital journey. He/she will be responsible for digging into various types of data, deep-dives to identify areas of contention and delivering actionable recommendations. He/she will spearhead the digital analytics implementation across organisation digital assets. He/she will be seen as someone who brings the expertise in web analytics implementation, brings data to life through storytelling and data visualization. This role will report directly to the Chief Manager/ Senior Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large volumes of cross-channel customer data (Web, Mobile, Transactional & Other) to gain insights and identify opportunities for improvement
- Manage and lead analytics implementation for organisation's digital assets
- Regular interaction with product, marketing, and Operations to understand business hypotheses & synthesize data into actionable recommendations
- Communicate data findings through engaging stories that are easy to understand
- Support reporting and dash-boarding efforts that measure established KPIs pre and post digital enhancements
- Build and support custom datasets within Google Analytics for ad-hoc analysis in a fast paced environment
- Develop and document data collection, implementation & reporting standards for any new development efforts/site functions
- Provide consistent updates on the status of progress/issues, risks and concerns to digital analytics management
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters degree (M. Sc., M. Tech., MBA), Engineers from Tier 1 colleges (IITs/NITs/NSIT) with at least 4 years of relevant experience in Digital analytics/ consulting
- Experience in Google Analytics 360 suite (including Google Tag Manager) and similar product suite is mandatory
- Good experience in SQL is mandatory
- Knowledge of SAS/ R/ Python/D3.js/Google BigQuery architecture will be an added advantage
- Experience in transforming qualitative and quantitative data into actionable recommendations and KPIs
- Understanding of social media trends and changes in the digital products/services space
- Proficient in use of standard Microsoft software - MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint & Visio
