Job Summary:

- Responsible for the development, implementation, execution of Talent Management strategies, programs and initiatives. Ensure alignment of organizational development initiatives with the goals, values and strategic plans to support organizational change and employee learning, development and engagement.

- Develops learning and change strategies to support and successfully drive business results. As a member of the HR Leadership team, participate in defining and implementing key HR programs, projects and systems to support business goals by anticipating the people side of business change and pro-actively proposing solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

- Support the development and implementation of talent management programs and processes that grow organizational capability through employee engagement, performance management and employee, manager and leadership learning and development

- Work in collaboration with global talent mgmt. team to assimilate and cascade the Talent Mgmt agenda across India and ensure implementation of all TM practices such as Succession Planning, Talent Reviews, IDPs, and Capability Building.

- Work with local HR business partners and business leaders to generate insights from the employee engagement survey to support subsequent actions that drive improved engagement both across the enterprise and within individual lines of businesses

- Support the execution of talent review and the succession planning process for India and readying of talent who will deliver our future

- Implement approach to performance management and enable local employees and managers to have robust performance, development and career conversations

- Provide advice and local context to the Talent Management COE regarding key programs including engagement, career development, Inclusion and Diversity and Well-being.

- Keep abreast of talent management best practices, determine where it would benefit employees and people leaders to recommend certain best practices and oversee their adoption

- Manage local vendor relationships and service level agreements in support of talent management programs.

- Create and drive L&D Strategy - L&D plan for the business.Manage the annual Learning and Development budget and programs to ensure cost-effective and relevant solutions support the corporate strategy and our competencies and values. Establish spending priorities based on planned costs and monitor the associated budget for internal and external programs

- Lead, develop and implement creative leadership development solutions appropriate for the organization needs that build leadership capability and support a performance based culture.

- Evaluate training - implement evaluation process; analyze results and make recommendations; monitor training programs to ensure client satisfaction; participate in post implementation reviews with the objective to continually enhance course content, reinforce and sustain learned and desired behaviors; participate in discussions and maintenance of existing training courses and materials; reviews training material to ensure the integrity of the training strategy

- Manages the complete Performance Management System (PMS) process and ensures on time completion of PMS objectives, Mid Year Review and Annual appraisal across the organization.

Key Deliverables:

Must have:

1. Successfully Drive and Implement Succession planning.

2. Internal Talent Reviews - Career Conversations, Talent reviews with stakeholders and with Business Heads, Development Plan

Qualification- MBA (Tier 1 institute)

Experience - 8-18 years experience. Any industry
