We are looking for Manager/ Sr. Manager/DGM PMS & Rewards Global for leading organization based at Gurgaon
Job Profile :-
- Performance Management
- Engage with stakeholders to determine business performance matrices for chemicals business (domestic and international)
- Design and drive Goal Setting exercise with senior leadership.
- Facilitate cascade of goals across the organisation.
- Develop business review mechanisms and work closely with HODs and leadership to ensure reviews are conducted.
- Drive regular feedback processes across organisation.
- Derive mechanism for appraisal in consultation with stakeholders.
- Create standard formats and review material.
- Design and deploy policy on PMS for the organisation (domestic & international)
-Drive performance culture.
- Support identification of performers and potential talent within system.
Rewards:
- Create rewards policy for the company.
- Propose annual merit increase budget for all employees.
- Determine individual annual merit increase.
- Lead efforts to retain people through creative reward programs.
- Develop rewards as an engagement mechanism for people.
- Develop long term and short term incentive programs to incentivise different work groups within the organisation.
- Develop PLI program that rewards impact to business and establish Pay for Performance culture.
