Manager/Senior Manager/DGM - Injectable Projects - Greenfield

Description:

- Hands on experience project execution of green field / brown field Injectable projects.

- Experience in Sterile filling lines, Isolator technology, Lyophilizers, Steam sterilizer, Pharma water system, HVAC & Clean room designing and Installation.

- Core competency in optimization for site / Project engineering

- Coordinating with architects in construction stage and in execution of Civil & structural jobs for both RCC and pre-engineered buildings including MEP.

- Understand the User requirement for the selection of equipment and its utilities. capable of coordinating with OEMs for quotes, technical evaluation and selection of equipment

- Coordinate with consultants in selecting and finalizing the specs of clean and black utilities and execution at site.

- Project execution and control of overall project quality control.

- Track record in planning, scheduling & implementation of projects with focus on HSE.

- Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters with effective resource utilization to maximize the output.

- Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities.

- Demonstrated skills in feasibility studies, budgeting and quantity surveying.

- Capabilities in swiftly ramping up projects with competency in ensuring on time deliverables.

- Interfacing with architects & consultants on determining technical specifications for release of drawings & preparation of building plans as per specifications

- Ensuring on time delivery of material to be supplied by us without hindering construction activity

- Coordinating in commissioning, testing and validation as well as documenting test reports & calibration certificates. facilitate trouble shooting of technology problems / repairs of equipment and facility.

- Arranging post move cleaning and removal of construction debris from site and develop the site.

- Schedule life safety inspections with security & protection and property services

- Certification of contractor bills. Coordinate installation of artwork and review project for final completion
