Location : Mumbai.

Experience : Minimum (4 to 12) years post CA qualification in commercial profile with international projects.

- Strong experience in Financial Analysis, Audits, MIS Reporting, Taxation and SAP.

Qualification : CA Qualified is mandatory.

Summarised job description :

- Commercial review and risk analysis of projects - domestic and international

- Analysis of structuring and taxation requirements pertaining to entities and projects in various countries where Solar vertical plans to expand.

- Commercial review of the existing projects

- Project accounting, control, compliance and audit of overseas projects.

- Compliance of documentary requirements of Banks / Statutory Agencies.

- MIS and Audit.
