Manager/Senior Manager/Deputy Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis Role - NBFC - CA

Functional Knowledge :

- Good understanding of Financial Statements of NBFC (at least one retail product)

- Preparation of MIS at product level - P/L / Balance Sheet / Ratio's

- Basic understanding of NPA

- Annual Budgeting / Forecasting and planning exercise for the organisation

- Monthly rolling forecast

- Understand book projections , NIMs and various applicable ratios and able to explain variances against budget / prior period

- Understanding of IndAS applicable to NBFCs (preferable)

- Good knowledge of MS Office particularly MS Excel

- Sr. manager - FP&A - Minimum 4-5 Years in FP&A profile in Retail Asset & lending is mandatory : Only qualified CA (chartered Accountant) required

- Manager - FP&A ; Minimum 2 Years in FP&A profile in Retail Asset & lending is mandatory : Only qualified CA (chartered Accountant) required

- Deputy Manager - FP&A - Minimum 3-4 Years in FP&A and Financial reporting ; Any graduate from Retail Asset background will do.

Mandatory :

- Only qualified CA (chartered Accountant) required for first 2 roles

- Background in Retails Asset / lending is Must have
