We have an opportunity for a Senior Team Member for Talent Management role for a multinational conglomerate which is in the League of Fortune 500.
Job Purpose :
To support group leadership development in terms of succession planning, SWP & hiring freeze initiatives.
JD :
1. Complete succession planning for Top Management of the Group.
2. Provide timely support to group businesses for completing the SWP analysis and updating the gap numbers for there respective business
3. Ensure the group businesses adhere to hiring freeze norms during the freeze period
4. Ensure all Job Families are covered in the talent exchange forums
5. Explore opportunities on how we can better use the existing talent data to bring out relevant insights on talent
