Manager/ Sr.Manager Debt Resolution & Restructuring with one of the NBFCs

Position Title : Manager / Senior Manager

Grade/Level : Mid Management

Department : Debt Resolution & Restructuring

Location : Mumbai

Job Purpose :

- Assist in structuring the formulation of debt resolution strategy to Relationship Manager.

- Directly responsible for preparation of all documentation / structuring relating to the DRR mandates.

- Managing the relationship with middle management of client / lenders.

- Assist the team head in achieving the budgeted revenue.

Key Responsibilities :

Functional Responsibilities :

- To regularly meet lenders / consultants for business / leads

- To prepare Presentations, Information Memorandum, Financial Models and Debt Resolution Plan etc.

- To execute DRR assignments with minimal support from team head

- To develop relationships with lenders/ other agencies

- Assisting the team head in criticality management and hand-holding in context of client's financial and operational challenges.

- To proactively follow up for fee and ensure realization of the same

- To take initiatives on sharing knowledge on recent guidelines.

Job Requirements :

Qualifications : Chartered Accountant /MBA (Finance)

Functional Competencies :

- Financial Modeling Skills with Working Capital Assessment Knowledge, Preparation of Information Memorandum, Calculation of Lenders- Sacrifice & Recompense.

- Understanding of overall economic scenario across industry

- Knowledge of all aspects of Corporate debt funding structure and its parameters.

- Through understanding of the relevant RBI / other regulatory guidelines

- Strong Negotiation Skills, Persuasiveness, Ownership attitude

- Passionate about work, Frequent travelling
