Job Description Of Manager/Senior Manager - Research (Data Management)

Job Title: Manager/Sr. Manager

Reports to: SVP -Research

Experience: Candidates with 10-12 years of experience in

Data analytics and Data Management

Required Qualification: B.E./MCA/Master degree in Data Science/Statistics

Core Competencies:

- Quantitative/Analytical ability to handle large datasets

- Sound knowledge of coding techniques in Python/R/ Excel VBA

Functional Competencies:

- Strong mathematical or quantitative skills

- Proficiency in using statistical analysis techniques and data visualization tools

- Working knowledge of financial market products related to fixed income, forex and derivatives preferred

Area of Operations/Key Responsibility:

- Handle internal and external Company data requests from Regulators, internal MIS, website etc.

- Streamlining of current data services

- Handling of vendor data services

- Taking initiative on new Data Services that can be offered

Any Other Requirement:

- Should be ready to work extended hours as per the exigencies of business.
