Manager/Sr.Manager-Data Governance

Job Purpose :

- The purpose of the role is to ensure that the discipline of Data Governance is driven throughout the Bank. The person will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the Bank's data related policies, standards, practices, processes and ensure adherence to the same.

- Monitoring of Data Management/Governance Policies, Procedures, Processes, Standards and Control

- Assess and report the progress and achievements of Data Governance initiatives or programmes.

- Closely work with business, tech leads in driving the implementation of policies or procedures towards governance protocol.

- Knowledge of Data Management and Data Governance concepts - Metadata, lineage, data quality, etc.

- Experience in SQL Queries creation and execution for data reports

- Exposure to reporting tool say Cognos, Tableau etc.

- Experience in Data Management and Data Governance

- Experience of working in large, matrix organization
