Manager/Senior Manager - Data Engineer - Consulting Firm

We are hiring for a leading consulting organization based at Gurgaon/ Bangalore

Position: Manager/ Sr. Manager

Experience- 7-13 yrs in Data Engineer role with Experience in variety of analytical languages

Role & Responsibilities :

- Create complex Analytical components by working and understanding requirements from Product Business Analysts or Practice Area consultant.

- Research and find optimal solutions to implement complex analytical algorithms/modules delivering performance (some modules which are plugged into interface can demand real-time response).

- Create and apply industry best practices and design patterns to create scalable and secure solutions that have superior technical performance using R, Python, etc.

- Collaborate with developers, QA, and data modelers and work on how Analytical modules integrate with the overall product technology stack.

- Proactively seek opportunity to consult for team members and collaborate on issues or problems that span across development and data components.

- Documents and communicates the Analytics module architecture to the development team, third party vendors (as required), and all stakeholders (to the detail appropriate to the audience)

- Proposes modeling and proofs-of-concept as required

- Ensures the Analytics piece in overall architecture is optimal not only for development, but also for operations, deployment, and continuous enhancements

- Experience with a variety of analytical languages - primarily R, Python, (good to have experience with Alteryx, SAS, OX-metrics, Julia etc.)
