Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analytics Compensation Analyst to join global HR team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing large, complex datasets, with a particular focus on compensation data. You will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting compensation data, providing insights to support HR decision-making, and ensuring data accuracy across global compensation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation Data Management:
- Manage, organize, and maintain large and complex datasets related to employee compensation across multiple regions.
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of compensation data.
- Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to gather and validate compensation data from various sources.
Data Analytics & Reporting:
- Analyze compensation data to identify trends, gaps, and areas of improvement.
- Develop and maintain compensation dashboards and reports that provide insights to HR leadership.
- Provide analytical support for compensation planning, salary reviews, and benchmarking activities.
Global HR Collaboration:
- Work closely with global HR teams to support compensation initiatives across different regions.
- Assist in the design and implementation of global compensation strategies that align with business goals.
- Participate in global compensation surveys and analyze market data to ensure competitive compensation practices.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate data management and reporting processes.
Project Management:
- Support global HR projects related to compensation, ensuring data-related tasks are completed on time.
- Track and report on the progress of compensation-related projects, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT and HRIS teams to enhance compensation data systems and tools.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within HR or compensation.
- Proven experience in managing and analyzing large, complex datasets.
- Experience working as part of a global HR team and managing compensation data across multiple regions.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and compensation management software.
