Manager/Senior Manager - Data Analyst/Quality - BFSI

1. Good understand about the Data Management Framework and able to relate to all verticals (Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Privacy, Data Security, Data Ethics etc.) within Data Management Charter.

2. Establishes the principles for the identification,design and implementation of data quality controls,metrics and reporting as well as remediation of data quality issues.

3. Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables with comprehensive policies and processes.

4. Ensure adherence with all the applicable compliance policies (Data security policy, AML, operational risk, Functional manual, Group Compliance Manual, Audit recommendations, Internal Control requirements, regulatory guidelines etc.) and business standards of Organization as applicable.

5.Take timely action on Audit comments and be able todemonstrate compliance with Internal controls.

6. Establish and govern an enterprise data governance implementation roadmap including strategic priorities for development of information-based capabilities.

7.Data cleansing - identifying, assessing and resolving any data quality issues.

8. Delivering periodic global data quality scores through extraction, preparation and processing customer, connected party, Account-Product level data from multiple data sources.

9.Closely working with the Data Governor and Data Steward for process/project related activities.

10.Addressing the root cause of data inconsistencies and recommending improvements.

11.Understand the Global Data Quality framework,including Data Quality Measurement & Reporting (DQMR) and Data Quality Issue Management (DQIM).

Skills/Experience -

1. Experience in managing data / analytics deliverables and teams or a Consulting experience in the data/analytics space.

2. Ability to review, analyse and manage large volumes of data.

3. Candidate should also have an understanding of the analytical components like Altyerx/Python/R Strong organizational skills.

4. Overall experience of 2+ years in in Banking/ Financial Services

5. Strong Driving & Navigational skills.

6.Proven track record of mobilizing the right resources and delivering the outcomes in a matrix structure/ organization. A very strong track record of ownership and accountability will be key to the success of this role.

7. Experience of working in an Agile framework, JIRA, Confluence.

8. Data Quality Dimension like - Completeness,Accuracy, Timeliness, Integrity. Validity etc.

9. Highly effective in narrating the analytical output tostake holders, draw agreement on business actions or formulate impactful strategies.
