Manager/Senior Manager - Credit Rating Analyst

Position : Manager / Senior Manager.

Education : MBA / PG.

Job Role :

- To have thorough understanding of the various aspects of the company's Balance Sheet.

- Ability to develop Financial/Projections Models, Cash Flow models, Perform Sensitivity Analysis.

- Capability in assessing, analyzing and interpreting complicated financial information of the Client.

- Thorough knowledge and understanding about Credit Rating process by the Rating Agency.

- Have good knowledge about various sectors/industries.

- To Perform doability analysis for companies and assess the probability of achieving the desired Rating.

- Ability to communicate/connect with the client to be able to have a clear and deep understanding of his business, identify problems/issues faced by them and suggest solutions so that they could be overlooked by the Rating Agency.

- Make presentations to the rating agency about company operations, assist in providing information in an appropriate manner to the CRAs, participating in the management discussions, finalization of the rating assignments and rating rationales as well as press releases.
