Title: Manager/Senior Managers - Operations, Credit, Legal

RESPONSIBILITIES

- The positions will responsible for managing the operations of the debt book

- Reports to respective VPs

- Responsible for building the strong practices for managing the debt book including review, building best operational practices for managing the debt book

- Implement strategy to deploy and maximize the returns for the company

- Analyze client financial statements and prepare the credit analysis and risk-adjusted profitability income reports to support client credit/financing requests and credit review process

- Ensure alongside other teams, the company effectively adheres to all the compliances and regulatory norms

- Strong team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate activities across different functional areas

- Conduct stress and scenario testing and analysis of portfolio

- Review if any changes need to be made in specific provisions, ensure all transactions have full and proper documentation

QUALIFICATIONS

- MBA Tier 1 B School and/or Chartered Accountant;

- 5 - 8 years of work experience in the financial industry in credit risk, capital markets and/or corporate finance

- Working with a leading NBFC, Bank or debt focused PE fund
