Responsibilities :
- Full Recruitment Lifecycle Management for Leadership Hiring which includes talent mapping, initial screening, calibration with stakeholders, offer closures etc
- Engage effectively with Business Leadership comprising Business Leaders, C Suite Executives, Geographical Leaders and Functional HR and Corporate teams for all recruitment needs.
- Executive Talent Mapping of the Pharma Industry and discreet engagement with top talent in the Industry
- Talent Market Intelligence across the Pharma Industry and work as a Strategic Talent partner to the Internal Business Units
- Inputs on Talent Mobility and track Cross-Industry Best practices on effective candidate engagement and other areas of Talent Acquisition
- Setup and work on parameters ensuring Good Candidate Experience and promote Company as a top Employer Brand amongst the potential candidate segments
- Review and Develop Multiple Channels for Sourcing and Engaging with Top Leadership Talent in the Industry
- Develop Customized Leadership Talent Pitch across multiple roles to uniformly present Talent Value Proposition aligned to Organization- s- Employer Brand
- Accountable for all metrics in Leadership Hiring, e.g. on-time hires, source mix, quality of hires etc.
Pharma industry experience is mandatory.
