- Candidate having Real Estate industry experience will add benefit
- Minimum 3 year experience is required
- Should have done MBA from Good Institute
Job Role :
- Heading the Corporate Business Strategy planning, developing, roll-out & monitoring.
- Financial Analysis; Identifying & operationalising corporate funding needs.
- Industry studies. Monitoring competition, collecting and analysing market intelligence.
- Business-Alliances Management
- Ensuring long term viability and competitiveness of business by identifying evolving trends and preparing the business to face challenges.
- Business Monitoring.
- Evolving functional strategies for product roll-outs, marketing, finance, HR.
Support of Market Development and Sales teams in developing their strategies by providing a framework for identifying issues, questions and solutions.
- Evaluation of specific new business growth opportunities or strategic issue assessments.
- Oversight of market intelligence activities to inform ongoing strategic planning, including market and competitor tracking on a continuous basis.
- Thought leadership on key strategic issues, answers discrete business problems with a focus on high-value issues and challenges thought process when appropriate.
Candidate Profile : MBAs (premier institutes) with 2-10 years relevant experience in Corporate Strategy with Management Consulting firms in Real Estate / Infra sectors
- Strong interpersonal and client skills
- Strong business intuition
- Familiarity with current affairs and the economic climate
- Entrepreneurial, with leadership potential
- Experience of taking projects right through from idea generation to in-market launch
- Experience of developing innovative business models and value propositions
