Manager/Senior Manager - Corporate Strategy - Financial House
Job Purpose :
- Deliver and design key strategic initiatives, transformation agenda & efficiency improvement projects with impact across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Designing & implementation of business strategies across all departments
- Managing all strategic communication from the CSO's office and interaction with the other stakeholders
- Ongoing development of strategy and managing important business drives for efficiency improvement
- Keeping a track of important industry updates and review changes / developments closely to assess impact
- Qualitative and quantitative research as per business requirement
- Drive Central Projects (Program Management) for CSO office & also external stakeholders/ partnerships
- Responsible for timely execution and delivery of project objectives in close co-ordination with all stakeholders
- In terms of business development, facilitate competition bench-marking and prepare intelligent analysis on periodic basis
Functional Competencies :
- Should have done a stint in insurance industry
- Building business scenarios, and what-if analysis; visualizing financial impact and coming up with mitigation strategies
Behavioral Competencies :
- Extensive experience in building project delivery teams, and execution of large and complex projects
- Proactive, pragmatic and customer-focused with proven ability to lead cross-functional, cross-cultural, and remote teams to deliver against tight deadlines and with high quality
Qualification :
- Full time MBA from a reputed institute is a must (Only Candidates from Tier 1 B-Schools may apply)
- The position would be reporting to Vice President - Strategic Planning.
