My client is one of the leading financial services organization. It has its global shared service center at India, Mumbai and is looking for a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program Manager
Role and Requirement -
- As CSR Program manager/ Sr Manager you will lead India CSR responsibilities. This will include multiple CSR Programs, employee volunteering and external non-profit and/or foundation relationships with various vendors.
- Represent the organization at multiple forums as India's CSR Ambassador in periodic calls, meetings, trainings, various committees and events.
- Effectively provide updates of CSR projects, CSR engagement activities with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to innovate, build networks, gain internal support, implement multiple CSR initiatives with focus on tangible results.
- Should be a pilot of new approaches, high end operational efficiency, build and articulate frameworks and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance of local regulation and fulfill the obligation of incorporating diverse people.
- Should possess strong leadership qualities to support execution of strategic initiatives, emphasise of brand recall and represent organisational objectives.
- Facilitate community engagement initiatives by encouraging active LT & SMT's participation along with their teams through targeted communication and events.
Functional competency
- 6-12 years of relevant experience
- Ability to manage diversified cultures.
- Requires a thorough understanding of statutory compliances and legal requirements related to CSR in India.
- Should have an hands on experience in managing mid to large community engagement/citizenship projects.
- You should be excellent at communication skills, networking, strategic thinking and extremely good at managing multiple stakeholders.
