Hiring for Corporate Secretarial - Sr Manager/Manager

Location : Delhi

Salary : Upto Rs 25LPA

- Ensuring end to end statutory compliances of applicable

- Corporate Laws including

- Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, RBI regulations etc.

- Managing Board and Committee Meetings

- Managing and Coordinating with Internal and External customers

- Policy, Governance, Annual Reports and Others

- Timely filing of all applicable statutory forms, returns, documents with various statutory agencies

- Identifying, compiling, drafting and finalizing agenda, notices and minutes for board and committee(s) meetings.

- Drafting Annual Reports for unlisted entities and related compliances
