Position: Sales Manager/ Sr Sales Manager (Solution Selling)
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
- Experience: 5+ Years in Software Solution Sales (? Experience in Selling Software Solution Products in Banking, NBFC, Insurance preferred)
Salary: 13 LPA to 30 LPA + Variable
Notice Period: Immediate Joiner preferred or within 30 to 45 days
Education: MBA degree
English Communication Skills: Excellent level
Job Description:
- Business Solution Selling and Consultative Selling based on software products
- Planning and meeting sales targets
- Executing complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, billing and collections
- Need identification and value proposition
- Mapping decision makers
- Lead generation from multiple sources - Enriching database Conducting customer research, Promoting industry-specific solutions (focus on BFSI and tech-driven industries)
- Account Management Developing and leveraging customer relationships
- Creating thought-leadership content for delivering compelling sales pitches
- Organising Product Demos with the help of pre-sales team
- Other selling traits required for hunting & conducting effective sales
- Enthusiastic and optimistic personality
