Manager/Senior Manager - Corporate Finance - Conglemerate

A Top Business house having interests in Renewable, Chemicals, Textiles, Non ferrous metals, Financial Services & Telecom is hiring for a Corporate Finance Professional

Location - Mumbai

Reporting to AVP Corporate Finance

Key Expectations from role

- Support in assessment of M&A / financing opportunities

- Support in execution of M&A / Financing transactions and group restructuring initiatives

- Develop sharp modelling and analytical skills

- Familiarity with applicable regulations which impact group businesses and transactions

Challenges

- Understand business fundamentals with limited information

- Speed of execution and providing error free deliverables within stringent timelines

- Analyze incomplete and inaccurate data to build enough information to evaluate businesses, develop models carry out due diligence

- Ability to understand context of transaction and apply knowledge of financial tools to arrive at proposed outcomes

- Assist in execution of approved M&A transactions/investment proposals

- Assist in evaluation of capital investment proposals

- Assist in maintain existing CMIS and provide developmental support

Skills/Qualification/Experience

- CA or MBA Finance

- CA first attempt only

- MBA Finance from premiere B-schools only.

- 5-8 years work-ex post CA.

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Excellent interpersonal Skills
