Manager/Senior Manager - Contract - US/UK

Looking for Manager/Sr Manager Contract with expertise in Global contracts among the top 5 Indian Technology Services Company with operations in over 50 countries, 200000 employees and revenues USD 20 bn.

- Responsible for drafting, reviewing and vetting of IT, ITES, Technology Contracts , Agreements and legal documentation.

- Handling of government tenders, Bid proposals, RFI, RFP, EOIs and experienced in handling contracts with OEMs, Service Providers, Sub Contractors Software license, Hardware, Cloud, SaaS, AI, Manpower etc.

- Well versed in review and negotiation of Master Service Agreements, EPC, Turnkey contracts, Professional Service Agreements, NDAs.

- Qualified professional with a degree in LLB/LLM

- 12 to 17+ years of experience in Technology or Consulting company with experience in global contracting
