Manager/Senior Manager - Construction Finance - NBFC & Fund House

We have opportunity with leading Indian NBFC & Fund House

- Candidate should have similar work experience as mentioned below.

- Developing relationships with real estate developers in assigned market and offer products catering to their requirements

- Liaise with connectors/IPCs and local Retail team to source and then structure deals

- Liaise with connectors/IPCs/developer to seek the required data for analysis and presentation to the sanctioning authorities

- Providing backup data, analysis, industry comparable, market intelligence including macro /micro analysis of the relevant real estate market

- Work with the team in preparing financial model, internal documentation to seek approvals for Investments, Preparation of Investment Memos

- Liaise between the HO team and connectors/IPCs/developer for ensuring smooth closure of the transaction with the targeted timelines

- Participate in local real estate expos/events to enhance network and source business

- Monitoring the progress on the project and obtain regular MIS to understand and highlight early warning
